Negative: Check-in process was the worst I've ever experienced. One untrained staff member at check-in. Clearly did not understand the computer system used by the hotel. I was second in linee and it took her 15 minutes to deal with the person in front of me (and which required multiple phone calls to others to help her figure out what was required). Same for me. 15 minutes to check in. Part way through I was told to sit down because the computer "was reloading". After phone calls, other staff appeared and check -in was completed. I will avoid this hotel in future. There are many similar options nearby at similar prices.
